Some of the key features included in the Deluxe delegate package are the three course lunch selected from our business lunch menu - provided by our award winning chefs - or hot fork buffet menu, one glass of house wine, beer, fruit juice or mineral water with lunch, a lectern, LCD projector and screen facilities, conference paper and pens. The discounted cost per delegate is £38.95 and also includes fresh fruit and unlimited soft drinks.

The venue offers dedicated event co-ordinators and a vast range of function suites, as well as being the only city centre conference and banqueting venue with a registered crèche facility. Our range of executive boxes accommodate between 10 and 40 delegates and are perfect for breakout rooms when used in conjunction with our larger suites, or when booked independently to hold interviews and small meetings. Intermediate suites will host events for between 40 and 160 guests and can be set in an array of layouts. For events in the region of 300 guests, the Brancepeth Suite and Club 206 offer spacious surroundings and suit all room layouts. For large scale events the Bamburgh Suite cannot fail to impress, being suited to events such as conferences, product launches, fashion shows and exhibitions. The Suite benefits from a raised stage and permanent dance floor.
