Action Storage Helps City Electrical Factors Maximise its Storage Facilities (06/05/10)

Storage specialist Action Storage recently assisted City Electrical Factors (CEF) to do just that after installing its Supershelf™ shelving system into CEF’s new branch in London’s West End.
The Supershelf™ is a versatile zinc finish steel shelving system that can be used in a wide range of retail, stockroom, manufacturing and wholesale applications. It provided CEF with the ideal stockroom solution because it can be arranged in a variety of shapes and sizes to make the maximum use of the available space. Since its launch last year, the ‘Free Swimming Capital Modernisation’ scheme has funded over 10 million free swims and improved the facilities at public swimming pools across the country. The scheme is set to continue into 2011 and to assist councils taking part storage equipment specialist Action Storage has announced details of how its eXtreme® plastic lockers are the perfect option when installing new swimming pool lockers.
The eXtreme® locker is robust, hygienic and highly vandal resistant. Made of water proof polyethylene plastic, the eXtreme® locker can be stacked alongside the swimming pool or in changing room areas without fear of it rusting. It’s also weather resistant, making it perfect for providing secure storage next to outdoor swimming pools.
With high standards of hygiene crucial at leisure centres, the eXtreme® locker can be cleaned with chemical disinfectant and sprayed with a high pressure hose. Drainage holes in the locker’s base lets water drain out, enabling them to be left to air dry without the need to dry them manually.

Action Storage Showcases its Innovative Product Range at the Education Show, NEC Birmingham (10/03/2010)
This year’s Education Show provided a great showcase for the latest cutting edge products available for enhancing school facilities. Storage specialist Action Storage’s stand was particularly busy, with large numbers showing an interest in its innovative product range. Action Storage also used the Education Show as a platform to launch its ‘operating lease’ initiative for purchasing its eXtreme® plastic school locker range.
The eXtreme® locker is made from hardwearing and waterproof polypropylene plastic and offers many unique advantages over conventional school lockers. It can be stacked outdoors without fear of it rusting, which makes it ideal for stacking next to cycle shelters for storing bike helmets, lights and waterproof clothing.
