Out and about

We can put together leisure and social activities to fit around your event, giving you and your delegates a memorable time away from the meeting table or conference hall.

There are well over a thousand shops to enjoy in Nottingham, from high street favourites to designer boutiques. With more than a billion pounds being spent in Nottingham’s stores every year it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the top five shopping destinations in the UK. No wonder then that the designer Paul Smith has his flagship store in the city.

There are a wide range of city tours that can be arranged, from historical nooks and crannies to ghostly guts and gore tours. We can arrange a bespoke tour to suit your delegates.

The county will be forever linked with Robin Hood and Sherwood Forest and no visit to the city would be complete without a tour of Nottingham Castle.

Nottinghamshire has also inspired many literary heroes. Infamous poet Lord Byron lived at his ancestral seat of Newstead Abbey before his decadent lifestyle meant he had to sell it. DH Lawrence, the celebrated author of Sons and Lovers and Lady Chatterley’s Lover, was born in Eastwood. His life and work is commemorated with a museum and annual festival.

For the more adventurous we have a wide range of activities to get the adrenalin flowing. From white water rafting and Go karting to paintballing and blindfold 4x4 driving, there’s plenty of options available in Nottinghamshire.
